Registration Company Threshold Reduces Tibet Entrepreneurship "So Easy"

Since the launching of the commercial system reform in Tibet in March 2014, the registered capital paid system has been replaced by the subscription payment system and the relaxation of registration conditions.

The non-public sector paid 16 billion 64 million yuan in taxes, accounting for 93.4% of the total tax revenue in Tibet.

"The reform policy has abolished the minimum requirement for the registered capital of a company, and it has also been agreed that the duration of the capital contribution can be determined by the enterprise, thus lighten the burden of the entrepreneurs."

Cao Yong, director of the Lhasa Municipal Industrial and commercial sub Bureau, said, "since March, the consultation volume and acceptance volume of the enterprise registration window have increased significantly."

Since March last year, 22323 new registered market entities have been registered in the region, with a registered capital of 56 billion 407 million yuan, up 29.08% and 92.37% respectively over the same period.

In the development of non-public economy, Tibet has 17 thousand and 700 private enterprises, 119 thousand and 100 individual businesses and 2937 farmers and herdsmen professional cooperatives.

The number of non-public sector employees reached 712 thousand and 200, an increase of 12.27% over the same period, which has become the main channel to absorb new jobs.
