The survey includes 22 shopping centers such as Jin Guanghua square, the Mixc, KKMALL, Xinxing square, hi Hui City, Shenzhen national investment Plaza, central city, COCO Park and so on.
The four secondary indicators of customer satisfaction evaluation include customer perception and experience, price advantage, brand advantage and business advantage.

The score was significantly lower than the other three items, which was 72.36 points; the other three scores were roughly the same, and the customers' feeling and experience were most satisfied with the respondents, with the highest score being 81.15 points.
In the top five customers' shopping centers, the price advantage of the four level two indicators of Shenzhen national Plaza is higher than other shopping centers, ranking first.
In terms of brand advantage and commodity advantage, the coastal city is the most satisfying customer.
In terms of customer perception and experience, the Mixc scored the highest.
The survey shows that traffic convenience and environment (atmosphere) are the main reasons for customers to patronize shopping centers.
Food and beverage consumption is the primary purpose for customers to patronize shopping centers, and is far ahead of other consumption items.
The average customer visits 5 times a month.
The survey shows that private cars are the main mode of pportation for customers to the shopping center, followed by the subway and walking.
The average time spent by customers on shopping centers is 16.4 minutes.
Customers spend more time with family or friends in shopping centers.
The average stay time of customers in shopping centres is 114.3 minutes.
In the frequency of patronage, about 70% customers frequented shopping centers in 2-6 times a month, averaging 5 months per month.
More than 1/3 of customers believe that parking spaces in shopping centers are insufficient in parking lots, which is the most prominent problem in parking lots.
More than half of the customers expect the parking lot of the shopping center to be equipped with the display of the remaining parking spaces.
In terms of functional outlook of community shopping centers, goods storage is the biggest expectation of customers for the functions of future shopping centers, and half of customers want the shopping center to have this function.
