The Yu Garden Mall (600655, stock bar) revealed that it intends to spend 6 billion 700 million yuan to develop and build Shanghai Yutai real commercial plaza, of which the total investment of the commercial Plaza is 3 billion 100 million yuan, and the total investment of Yutai Commercial Plaza is 3 billion 600 million yuan.
All the funds needed for the project will be resolved through self financing and application for bank loans.
"We hope to develop this project several years ago. Here is an open space and some residential areas. Because it involves residential areas, it is more troublesome. Now the relocation work is basically completed. We hope to expand the entire Town God's Temple business district. As for the specific planning and location of the real commercial field, it has not yet been decided."
