The regulations on the handling of official documents of the China Association for science and technology have been deliberated and passed by the China Association for science and technology group meeting.

In order to implement the eight Central provisions, earnestly improve the working style and ensure the orderly and efficient operation of the organs, in accordance with the requirements of the Central Committee on the rectification of literary style, streamlining documents and strictly controlling the quantity and scope of dispatch documents, we should further streamline the documents and strengthen the management of documents.

First, efforts should be made to improve the quality of official documents.

The departments and units directly under the authority shall submit the manuscripts to the China Association for science and technology or the general office of the China Association for science and technology. They must be accurate in content, clear in views, rigorous in structure and refined in writing. The format is in line with the requirements issued by the China Association for science and technology.

Two, reduce all kinds of documents

The provisions of the present document are still applicable and no longer duplicated.

There is no substantive content on the work statement, but no documents can be issued.

The policy of a certain work has been clearly defined, new problems and new problems appear in the process of implementation, but there are no new measures or methods.

The 3. department or unit's letter can be resolved, no longer issued by the China Association for science and technology or the general office of the China Association for science and technology.

It is forbidden to issue mandatory documents to the National Association and the lower level Association for science and technology or to prescribe mandatory requirements to the National Association and the lower level association in the official documents.
