The problem of Taobao fake is not only a unilateral problem of enterprises, but also a public management problem in cyberspace.

Cao Lei, director of the research center, believes that although Taobao has been actively fighting against counterfeiting from the perspective of enterprises, the "family law" can not replace the "national law".

Cao Lei suggested that for the fight against Internet sales, the state should formulate relevant regulations. The sellers on the electronic platform should not only record on the platform, but also record the industry and commerce. After the record of "family law" of the platform becomes the national law of the whole country, the cost of illegal business will be raised.
