Li Qiang, executive vice president of Shunde textile chamber of Commerce, briefed reporters on Shunde city network about the development characteristics of the textile industry.
Li Qiang said that the textile industry in Shunde rose in the late 70s and early 80s, mainly in foreign-funded enterprises, mostly in processing.
Therefore, the textile industry in Shunde has a good foundation, but there is a problem of insufficient brand creation.
"Textile enterprises in Shunde mainly take OEM as their own brand. They need to consider market positioning, conduct market research, have strong marketing level, and invest heavily in early stage. At that time, OEM profits were good."
In view of how to find breakthroughs and open up new markets, Deng Jianhong said that the Shunde textile industry with less self created brands can develop the market through the channels of e-commerce and brand.
And the choice of the electricity supplier mode, Deng Jianhong strongly recommended the O2O mode.
Deng Jianhong believes that if we want to enter the domestic market, if we rely on the physical store sales mode, the high cost will make many enterprises stop, and the effect will be bad.

"Electric business promotion fee is becoming more and more expensive nowadays, although the experience shop under the line does not need to open in the most expensive shop, but it also needs to arrange enough points, and the layout is conveniently located. For most small and medium enterprises, these costs are not easy to bear."

For future difficulties, Deng Jianhong and Li Qiang both indicated that they were also considering ways to deal with them, such as finding a new growth business platform, reducing the promotion fee, and opening up experience stores for several brand enterprises.
