The series of lectures on overseas investment of China's textile and garment industry co sponsored by the China Textile Industry Federation marketing department, the textile industry branch of the China Council for the promotion of international trade, the Shanghai International Chamber of Commerce and the Jiangsu textile industry association was held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) conference room M8-03.

The conference also invited lawyers Wu Ming, a partner in Dacheng Law Firm, who has rich experience in overseas mergers and acquisitions, cross-border dispute resolution and enterprise financing, to interpret the latest financial policy for overseas investment.
Bao Haifeng, a partner from PWC Shanghai enterprise acquisition and purchase service department, has professionally reviewed the investment environment and investment and acquisition process and risk prevention and control of ASEAN countries.
In addition, Guo Min, marketing director of Tianhong Textile Group Co., Ltd., introduced the experience of Tianhong's successful investment in Vietnam, and hoped that the domestic textile and garment enterprises could reduce the risk of "going out" and increase the success rate of overseas investment.
