After the details are finalized, the order will be pmitted to the data platform, and the system will automatically complete the version matching and pmit to the production department.
Each worker has a computer identification terminal, which is the most dependent tool for their work, and all process information pfer is carried out on this.
After receiving the order, they will check all the details and record it on an electronic label. This tag is the "identity card" of this set of clothes, which will accompany the whole process of the production of this garment.
In every subsequent step, every worker's first action is to scan the electronic label to identify, and automatically tailor or process the details according to the requirements displayed, until the production is delivered to all corners of the globe by express delivery.
The whole customized production process, called RCMTM, consists of more than 20 subsystems, all driven by data.
This system is based on the data of about 2000000 customized customers in the past ten years, and is designed and developed. The change of each data will synchronize the 9666 data simultaneously.
It is based on this set of systems that the red collar staff can make such a feeling. Now everyone is a designer. "Every suit is a story. From their clothes, we can guess what kind of people are wearing it, or even what kind of mood they want to wear."
