The National Federation of trade unions has announced that the national "12th Five-Year plan" and the State Council's opinions on deepening the reform of income distribution clearly stipulate that the minimum wage standard will increase by more than 13% during the "12th Five-Year" period.

The overall report shows that the minimum wage increases in provinces are decreasing, and the adjustment ranges from 2011 to 2014 are 22%, 20%, 17% and 14% respectively. This year's rate of adjustment is generally around 10%.
The chief executive said that the workers affected by the minimum wage adjustment accounted for 20% of the employees.
"In the process of determining the minimum wage standard, the representatives of trade unions and enterprise representatives are not involved."
On the "two sessions" held in Beijing at the beginning of this year, the Beijing Federation of trade unions submitted the proposal of the group proposal. The adjustment of the minimum wage standard should be jointly studied by the social security department with the trade union and the enterprise representative organization, and the deputy mayor shall organize the relevant departments to discuss it, and form an adjustment opinion to the municipal government for approval.
At the same time, within the framework of the three party, we should establish a consultative system for the adjustment of minimum wage standards.
