Two. Rights and obligations of Party B

1. Party B shall complete the contents stipulated in the contract in accordance with the website structure agreed in Annex I and the time stipulated in Annex II, and Party B shall have the right to put forward his own opinions and suggestions on the design of Party A's webpage.

2. during the period of cooperation, Party B shall not disclose to the third party in any way the written and picture information provided by Party A without Party A's permission.

3. Party B shall not bear any legal liability for all legal problems including the intellectual property rights involved in the written and photographic information provided by Party A.

4. the web pages produced by Party B should be compatible with the mainstream browsers of IE4.0 and Netscape4.0, and support 800*600 resolution.

5. in the course of production, Party B shall endeavour to assist in the implementation of the amendment request made by Party A and submit it to Party A for approval. Party B has the right to make an extension request for the completion time specified in Annex II, and determine the specific time by negotiation between the two parties.

6. Party B is responsible for modifying the page errors caused by Party B's fault within 10 days after the website is opened.

Three, liability for breach of contract

1. Party A is not responsible for any delay due to Party A's failure to provide information in time, and Party B shall have the right to extend the request to Party A. The delay time shall be determined by the two sides.

2. Party A has the right to lodge a claim with Party B for the reason that Party B fails to complete the contents stipulated in the contract on time. The specific amount is determined by the two sides.

Four, dispute resolution

Disputes arising from the interpretation or performance of the contract shall be settled by both parties. If negotiations fail, both parties shall have the right to bring a suit to a people's court having jurisdiction.

Five. Protection of intellectual property rights

Six. Termination of contract
