According to the head of the Tax Service Department of the State Administration of Taxation, after the launching ceremony, the IRS will organize 4 experts' teams of 12366 hotlines, which are composed of business experts, to go to cities to carry out the "spring breeze tax pfer" campaign.

In the 2014 national taxpayers' satisfaction survey organized by the State Administration of Taxation, Shandong's national tax system 12366 hotline ranking ranks among the best in the country.

In order to better support the 12366 hotline work, in 2014, the IRS successfully selected 50 business leaders as part-time experts in 12366 hotlines at the provincial level, and the municipal level experts were selected accordingly.

The 12366 expert tax administration campaign is one of the nine activities of the Shandong tax in 2015.
