According to the introduction, such as Taobao, pat, Tmall, Jingdong, shop No. 1, and so on, some online commodity trading platforms, though long known by consumers, are not necessarily understood by the public. Some of them do not necessarily know what kind of content they need to check, such as where to shop, how to supervise the activities of online stores, what stores and platforms that sell off fake and shoddy products, how many complaints and business reports are received annually, how to deal with them, and how many online shops can make money.

In addition, some platform operation and management rules related to public interest have not been included in the scope of supervision by administrative law enforcement agencies.

How to manage the online shop, how to protect the rights and interests of consumers, and disclose relevant information and so on are not very well known to the public. In the future, there will be a centralized public comment by legal professionals.

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Beijing Municipal Industry and Commerce Bureau jointly signed with the NPC Law School recently. They will focus on the 5 aspects of online shop management rules, rights and interests protection rules and information disclosure rules formulated by the online shopping platform.

The "platform rules public comment" activity commissioned by Renmin University law school will focus on the five rules that the industry most strongly reflects, consumers are most concerned about, and closely related to business supervision. They are online shop management rules, paction service rules, paction management rules, rights and interests protection rules and information disclosure rules.

The evaluation will be led by the Law School of the people's Congress, the business sector, the online commodity trading platform, and the public from all walks of life.

After the formulation and announcement of the specific plan, the NPC Law School mainly evaluated in two ways.

On the one hand, through the WeChat public number, micro-blog from the media and portals, we set up special areas and evaluate the collection channels. On the other hand, we invite professionals from the third party trades and professionals in the legal profession to make comments through field surveys, seminars, argumentation sessions and online questionnaires.

The industry and Commerce Department shows that all platforms can provide official texts of relevant rules to the NPC Law School so as to facilitate the evaluation from all sectors of society.

For platforms that do not provide formal texts of rules, the public can evaluate them on the basis of information they have learned.

The National People's Congress of law will publish the Research Report on public comment on platform rules in early July. The industry and Commerce Department will further formulate and amend network paction management rules and normative documents on the basis of this.
