The 2015 China international underwear culture week was solemnly opened today. On behalf of the China Federation of textile industry, I would like to extend my warm congratulations on the opening of the exhibition and cultural week.
As China's economy has entered a new normal, the textile industry has focused on improving quality and efficiency, steady growth, structural adjustment and promoting reform, and has achieved continuous improvement in the reform and stable operation of the economy.
Brand building as a concentrated embodiment of pformation and upgrading has achieved new results.
The country's top strength supports brand building, and the working mechanism of the Government Association to promote brand building has been gradually improved. Many years of problems such as brand protection have gradually improved, and the market has enhanced the recognition of independent brands.
In the new situation, strengthening brand competitiveness as the core and accelerating pformation and upgrading is not only a strategic task of the general trend, but also an urgent task for textile enterprises.
Brand building is a complex systematic project which requires concerted efforts from all sectors of society.
Practice has proved that the government and associations work hand in hand to form a joint effort between the central and local governments, which is the guarantee for effectively promoting the work of enterprises.

In recent years, under the promotion of the Ministry of industry and the China Textile Industry Federation, the departments in charge of economy and information technology and brand enterprises have worked together to do a lot of effective work in textile brands. Underwear industry is one of the nine dominant fashion industries in Shenzhen.

Under the new normal, the theme of Chinese underwear is very good.
The new normal of China's economy brings new opportunities for brand development.
The further release of market vitality and the further optimization of economic structure will stimulate the vitality of enterprises, and establish new quality concept, benefit view and brand development view, which is a new requirement for brand building under the new normal.
It is foreseeable that under the new normal situation, enterprises with distinct competitive advantages will be further developed, and enterprises with unreasonable product structure and serious homogenization will face serious survival crisis.
Under the new normal, China's economy will rely more on domestic demand.
At present, our consumption power is less than 50%, far below the global level of 70%.
