Lai Hedong told reporters that this is the smart template machine introduced by the company, which originally made clothes, new employees may spend several months learning, a single process may take one to two weeks, and the intelligent template machine is used to support software intelligentization. As long as employees master the operation methods and quality control requirements of the machine, they can work through 1 days of study.

The whole quilting process takes the form as an auxiliary tool without interference from manual factors, and the stitch spacing is uniform.

Last year, the company had 930 workers in the workshop. This year it reduced to 860, the number of workers decreased, the efficiency of the same process increased by 60%, and the production capacity was greatly improved.

Lai Hedong said that at present, 80% of the workers who make automatic template equipment in the workshop are hardly skilled workers, but the quality of skilled workers can be made through simple training.

As a labor-intensive industry, the cost of labor in garment industry is increasing. Although the price of smart template equipment is high, the relative rising labor cost still has high cost performance.

In the future, snow will first attempt to quilt all the flat templates using intelligent template machine, and ultimately achieve all quilting processes using intelligent template seams.
