The State Council Promulgated The "Made In China 2025" Textile Industry Will Focus On The Work.

In May 19th this year, the State Council officially issued the first ten years of action plan for implementing the strategy of manufacturing power in China.

China made 2025 is jointly prepared by the Ministry of industry and information technology and the departments of national development and Reform Commission, Ministry of science and technology, Ministry of finance, State General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine, and Chinese Academy of engineering.

In order to give readers a deeper understanding of "made in China 2025", the China Electronics News reporter interviewed Sun Ruizhe, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation.

Sun Ruizhe said,

Industry is the livelihood and pillar industry of China's national economic and social development. It is also a leading industry integrating high technology, promoting fashion creativity, promoting domestic consumption and leading international development.

"Made in China 2025" put forward the strategic goal of pforming the big manufacturing country into a strong manufacturing country in three three years. The textile industry has the foundation and advantage to advance into the world textile power camp.

China is the largest textile and garment producer, consumer and exporter in the world. The total fiber processing accounts for more than 50% of the world's textile products.

Exports account for about 37% of the world's total value. It is the most complete and most comprehensive textile industry chain in the world.

The textile industry is an important category of manufacturing industry. In 2013, the proportion of textile enterprises above Designated Size, main business income and total profit accounted for 11.8%, 7.1% and 6.9% respectively, and the proportion of textile and clothing import and export trade accounted for 99.2% of the national merchandise import and export trade surplus.

Building a strong textile country is the direction of structural adjustment and industrial upgrading of the textile industry.

Sun Ruizhe told reporters that in 2012, the textile industry promulgated the "outline of building a textile power" (2011-2020 years), and put forward four key strategies, namely, building a strong technological country, a brand powerful country, a sustainable developing country and a powerful country with talents, which is exactly the same as the development goals, five basic principles, strategic tasks and five major projects proposed in "made in China 2025".

Under the current situation, the world economy is in a slow recovery stage under the influence of the financial crisis. The slowdown in domestic economic shift presents a new normal from high speed growth to medium and low speed growth. China's textile industry is facing both the competitive pressures of developed countries and developing countries, as well as the rising cost pressures, the shortage of labor resources and the increasing environmental pressure.

Sun Ruizhe pointed out that in conjunction with the goals and tasks put forward by "made in China 2025", the textile industry will focus on the following aspects:

First, speed up the process of Intelligent Manufacturing in textile industry. "Made in China 2025" puts forward that intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of deep integration of two technologies. Intelligent manufacturing in textile industry includes three aspects: intelligent equipment, intelligent operation and intelligent products.

Intelligent equipment mainly includes automatic pmission system such as coarse and thin link, stereo forming braiding equipment, digital monitoring system for printing and dyeing, optical and electromechanical integrated sewing system and other key equipment to realize automation, digitalization control, real-time online monitoring and adaptive control, so as to realize machine replacement, improve labor productivity and realize flexible manufacturing.

Intelligent operation includes intelligent production and intelligent management. Intelligent production is the textile industry's step by step construction of intelligent manufacturing demonstration production line and digital chemical plant, including the intelligent spinning demonstration production line, the intelligent filament production line from spinning to product packaging, the printing and dyeing demonstration production line of the whole process digital monitoring, the intelligent clothing and home textile demonstration production line, and so on. Intelligent management is the integration of all aspects of supply chain, design, production and sales, and the establishment of cloud factory and the realization of e-commerce.

Intelligent textile products are the direct application of information technology in textile terminal products, and intelligent textile and clothing are developed by combining sensing, communication, AI technology and textile technology. They are applied in sports, leisure, monitoring and health care, military and aerospace fields.

The two is to promote the development and industrialization of new textile materials. The new material is one of the ten key areas to be vigorously promoted by "made in China 2025". High tech fiber and composite materials are also important contents of new materials.

One of the key points in the development of new textile materials is to develop high-performance carbon fibers and para aramid fibers, such as T700 grade and above, which meet the needs of aerospace, national defense, security and other high-end fields, break the technological monopoly of developed countries, and use high-performance fiber and composite materials such as polyphenylene sulfide fiber, basalt fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene fiber, polyimide fiber, and so on.

Two, we should develop new bio based fiber materials instead of oil resources, promote the industrialization of marine bio based fibers, solve the diversification of raw materials, overcome the development of new cellulosic fiber materials and the preparation technology of new cellulosic fibers, and build biomass materials such as bamboo, hemp and straw to the green production technology demonstration line of new regenerated fiber.

Three, we should develop various differentiated and functional fibers and develop high-efficiency, low energy consumption, flexibility, automation and information technology and equipment to meet the consumer demand of personalized, fashionable and functional textile end products.

The textile foundation materials, basic components and basic technology can be broken through at a time of serious constraints, wide impact on the development of the industry, significant improvement in production efficiency, significant savings in resources and emission reduction, and a reasonable platform for industrial technology will be established.

We should break through the textile basic materials such as high performance fiber materials, bio based fibers, differential and multi-functional fibers, new textile multi-functional high speed spindles, high performance travellers, spinneret and other textile basic accessories, which will have great impact on the pformation and upgrading of textile technology, such as spinning, spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, nonwoven and other advanced textile technology, and strengthen technological innovation platform, inspection and testing platform and technical public service platform.

Four, we should improve product quality and speed up brand building, improve the quality and quality of textile products through scientific and technological progress, design innovation, reliable technology, strict standards, strict control and advanced equipment, and provide positive support for the development of final products of industrial textiles, so as to ensure the consistency and reliability of quality and quality.

Create a good brand environment, including industrial environment, market environment, cultural environment and policy environment.

We should promote the growth of famous textile products, famous brands, famous regional brands and famous international brands, especially to accelerate the upgrading of the status of international brands of textiles and garments.

The five is to raise the level of green manufacturing, and adopt advanced energy saving equipment and energy saving technologies in all aspects of the textile industry, so as to enhance the energy saving level of the whole industry.

We should break through a number of key common technologies and develop ecological dyeing and finishing technologies with low energy consumption, low water consumption and low pollutant emissions.

The textile industry is expected to better accomplish the main objectives and tasks of the "12th Five-Year" development plan. The "13th Five-Year" period is the key stage for building a strong textile country.
