Qinzhou, for example, is building a Sino ASEAN port city cooperation network. It plans to build a cooperative consultation mechanism based on Qinzhou, focusing on serving the upgraded version of the China ASEAN Free Trade Area and the construction of the maritime Silk Road, focusing on the study of port clearance facilitation, exploring port industry cooperation, and promoting cooperation in maritime tourism, to form a shipping and logistics cooperation circle with ASEAN countries, a port cooperation circle, an industrial cooperation circle, a tourism cooperation circle and a cultural cooperation circle.
According to reports, the project is jointly launched by the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Qinzhou and ASEAN 10 countries and 47 major port cities.

The project will be jointly built by Qinzhou, Beibu Gulf port group, ASEAN and well-known shipping companies at home and abroad.

In Guangdong, the reporter learned that Guangzhou port is planning to build a port city alliance along the maritime Silk Road.
