Recently, the Shanghai futures exchange has joined the Zhengzhou commodity exchange, the Dalian Mercantile Exchange and the China Financial Futures Exchange, with the support of the China futures market monitoring center and the China Futures Association.

It's not all white. It seems to be the first time in history.

It is my great honor to give me such a big topic to talk about the opportunity of textile development under the belt road.

I can not talk about the keynote speech.

This is a relatively new topic, so in the context of this topic, to study what textile will bring, I will talk about my views on behalf of my own.

From three aspects.

First of all, China's textile industry should seize this action to participate in the promotion of the belt, because silk belt and silk road are both a memory of our ancient civilization, but it is also a symbol of textile, and China's silk is a national treasure.

But there are two words in the belt along the way. We, as textile people, have the freedom and strength to push this country's strategy.

As the second largest textile country in the world, we also have the strength to take part in this action.

As we all know, China's textile industry is now the world's first in terms of fiber processing scale, annual export volume, including annual investment in fixed assets, and the total amount of fiber processing is about 46 million tons a year, accounting for 60% of the world's total.

Last year's customs product was 306 billion 900 million dollars, the number one in the world.

The scale is closer to 1 trillion, so these reflect our strength, and we have a complete industrial chain system and a high-quality industrial team.

So we have the conditions and strength to participate in the strategy.

Now we are also in a new normal state. The economic operation can be said that many indicators are single digits. This is not in the past. We have entered the new normal since the second half of 11 years and the 12 year. The pressure of the downward pressure of the economy is relatively large, and the comprehensive cost is also rising. Therefore, the overall pressure of the industry is relatively large. We need to find new development space and new way of development through structural adjustment and innovation drive.

Then, "one belt and one road" has provided us with such a new opportunity. Where is this opportunity?

Now, in terms of structural adjustment, especially in the adjustment of regional structure, we have concentrated too much on the coastal areas, and the development of the central and western regions is lagging behind and inadequate. In such a situation, we also want to adopt a "one belt and one road" as a balanced adjustment, because whether it takes good roads or not, the Midwest may also be a new way out for development.

So in conclusion, we should take part in the textile industry.

Second, we need to do some concrete analysis. What opportunities can we bring to the "one belt and one way"? I think we need to think deeply about the reality of the industry.

First of all, I think the productivity cooperation, we now have several industries have this ability or potential, such as chemical fiber.

It is our basic industry. Now it has a relatively large scale, and there is also the development of overcapacity.

You can go to a country with resources to find its development space.

At present, our scale of chemical fiber industry is not, nor is the PTA industry too small. PX, we know that there are many obstacles to domestic development. There are many reasons for it to explain. Even some people have demonized it. There are also some accidents. Its serious shortage makes the structure of our industry less balanced, too large and too small in front. So we can find new sources of PX through countries with oil resources. This is a good opportunity.

The second is the cotton textile industry.

It is also a leading and basic industry in our industry. Now the capacity has exceeded 100 million. Now the cotton textile industry has begun to go out. Many of these are due to the reasons for raw materials, the reasons for cotton, or the search for new cotton bases abroad, or because the domestic cotton system reform is not yet fully market-oriented. Because we still have quota restrictions, it goes to some countries that should belong to the "one belt and one way" to solve the raw material problem by importing cotton without obstacles.

Recently, many of our enterprises went to Southeast Asia. Yesterday, it was a photo of Shandong (Yin), which launched a 200 thousand spindles cotton mill in Malaysia, because it belongs to the countries along the belt and road. We can use raw materials to guide our cotton spinning industry to have new development space.

China is the largest clothing producer in the world. It supplies 60 billion pieces of products to the whole world every year, including those worn by its own people. These industries can extend to the countries along the "one belt and one road" which are relatively low in labor cost. Now the industry is expanding in South Asia, Southeast Asia, especially in these two years in South Asia. I think they have actually embarked on the development road of "one belt and one road", and have begun to seize this opportunity. This is called productivity cooperation, and I think this industry deserves our attention.

The second is industrial textiles. Because of the strategy of "one belt and one road", we can clearly see that infrastructure construction is a priority area. Repairing roads, repairing bridges and repairing pipelines, including high-speed railways, will form huge market space for industrial textiles, especially geosynthetics, including geotechnical barriers, composite geotechnical departments and composite geomembranes, which will enhance the construction of foundation and the effect of waterproofing and leakproof. Therefore, it can provide huge space for Geo material products. Therefore, the industry should just focus on what items there are, and whether it can become its material supplier. I think this is an opportunity, which is about industrial textiles.

In addition, the "belt and road", especially the economic belt, is a very good opportunity for the expansion of westward exports, especially in the Xinjiang area. The Xinjiang area is a core area for our country and a middle area of the Asian European continent. Moreover, in order to maintain the social stability and long-term stability of Xinjiang, the State Council specially issued a document in Xinjiang to vigorously promote the textile industry to promote employment, and to give a lot of policy support. I think these policies are conducive to the development of the textile industry in Xinjiang, especially the clothing industry.

The clothing industry has one stage is the West export processing clothing industry, now we export clothing to Xinjiang nearly 8 billion US dollars, the scale is not small.

But more than 90% of these 8 billion belong to the goods trade, not the origin in Xinjiang, we call the mainland, and the coastal areas are exported to the west through long-distance ports, mainly exported to those Stan countries, as well as Eastern Europe and Russia.

So this 8 billion exceeds the total output value of Xinjiang, which is a big volume.

If we can produce locally in Xinjiang, especially in the vicinity of Xinjiang port, we will establish export processing zones for local investment and production. First, it will help to save pport costs, and second can also boost Xinjiang's employment. This is a very good thing and can also get the support of the state policy.

Therefore, we should take Xinjiang as an opportunity for the silk economic belt as a key area and investment industry, mainly in the garment processing industry.

The fourth I would like to say that maybe we have not paid special attention to, which is the opportunity in the non material cultural heritage "along the way".

China's textiles and garments are of great importance both in the world and in China. The proportion of China's silk is relatively large. China's silk is a world-class intangible cultural heritage. However, there are still many problems in its inheritance, its marketization and its commercialization. Especially in the central and western minority areas, the development of the intangible heritage is not smooth enough, and has not yet truly marketed, especially China's Silk Road.

Now let us imagine if we can have such a Chinese silk ecological park along the "one belt" along the way. It is just like building a Confucius Institute to spread our silk culture and carry forward the textile intangible cultural heritage, making it a cultural exchange place for this park to enter the country. At the same time, it can also be used as a platform for tourism and trade. I think there is much to do in this area.

You can build an ecological park from silkworm, silk and so on, plus a strong historical background. You can also make a platform for communication and trade. If we can form a more effective model, we can copy one by one along the line. I think this is a very good project.

I am just thinking about it here. We can make some exploratory attempts. It is very meaningful.

Because the "one belt and one road" also includes cultural exchanges, and in itself there is silk inside.

These are some of the so-called opportunities that I have come to think of. The key is my personal ideas are not necessarily reasonable, but I think there is a certain reason.

So how to seize these opportunities, for this industry, first of all, we need to study policies. Now the state is a two member committee. It has released the outline of "one belt and one road", which is called vision and action. Although there are not many words, it contains high gold content and many policies. We need to learn to digest and use it. This is a very important foundation.

There is "gold" in policy.

Second I think we should make a plan from the perspective of industry.

The opportunities I mentioned just now, because textile is an industrial chain, we are a complete industrial chain, we should have a unified goal, and grasp the opportunity of "one belt and one road" should form an integral whole with the domestic textile industry, which is conducive to our global development, international operation, adjusting our structure, and integrating with our 13th Five-Year plan and the ten power program.

This is also what we need to do.

Third, we need to provide effective industry services.

Because it is very difficult for an enterprise to carry out inspection in these countries and regions along the "one belt and one way" abroad. We can organize the willing associations to organize a group inspection and face to face communication and communication with their governments, industries and enterprises. We should organize this platform, and I think trade associations should play such a role.

Fourth, we must grasp this opportunity mainly by enterprises. We refer to the direction to guide and provide services, but enterprises are ultimately implemented. Therefore, enterprises must have such aspirations and aspirations to make a rational decision to directly participate in and integrate into the "one belt and one road" action. We will also mobilize them through various meetings and enterprises to do some communication and exchanges to motivate them to participate in the national strategy.

The fifth is the sufficiency of human resources.

Many countries such as "one belt and one road", if they all want to go out and walk in, do not have the corresponding personnel protection, so many plans can not be realized.

Of course, we also need to have a sense of risk, because many of these countries are underdeveloped, the rule of law is not sound, the administrative efficiency is not high, including their industrialization level, and many infrastructure facilities are incomplete, so we need risk awareness and so on.

All in all, I think we recognize its significance and see his opportunities. We can find effective ways to realize the development opportunities of the textile industry in the "one belt and one road" through our planning and rational thinking.

The data show that the population of the countries along the "one belt and one road" account for 60% and about 4000000000 of the world's total, but the per capita GDP is only 5500 dollars, which accounts for only half of the world's average level. This shows that this is a very potential market and business opportunity. Therefore, I also look forward to more and more ambitious people in our industry to take part in the national action and gain new opportunities for the internationalization of textile pformation and upgrading.

As a member of our industry, Zhengzhou agricultural products exchange is actively developing cotton futures. It is also actively promoting the development of new varieties. This year, cotton futures trading volume has increased by 300% over the same period last year, and its position has increased by 190%. The correlation between market liquidity and futures prices has improved significantly, and has also played a large role in the futures market.
