Peru Government Will Introduce Cotton Production Subsidy Policy

Peru agriculture minister geno ZIO said that in order to encourage the production of secret cotton, the secret government will introduce a subsidy policy for cotton production. The specific approach is to subsidize 22 new Saul per 100 kg of farmers for planting Tangis (tanguis) cotton varieties.

But cotton exports in 1-4 months were 14% higher than the same period last year.

The minister added that Peru's agricultural exporters face the challenge of diversifying their export markets.

Fortunately, the cotton production subsidy policy benefits from the management of the secret agriculture and health service (SENASA), and the secret products will have the opportunity to export to nearly 70 countries in the world.
