This contract is signed by the leasing company (hereinafter referred to as the lessor) and the company's (hereinafter referred to as the lessee). The terms are as follows:

1. the Lessor agrees to rent out, the Lessee agrees to rent the equipment listed in the annex, and the annex is an inalienable part of the contract.

2. the tenancy period is the year of the first year of the year, starting from the date of the acceptance of the equipment by the lessee.

3. the total rent is for the gross domestic rent, and the rent is payable on the day when the lessee accepts the equipment.

During the tenancy period, the monthly rental fee shall be paid to the rental of the Bank of the Hong Kong and Macao bank.

Neither party shall ask for rent increase or rent reduction during the lease term.

If the lessee fails to pay the rent on time, he should pay the lessor more interest than the bank's long-term interest rate.

After signing the contract, the lessee shall submit the letter of guarantee issued by the Bank of China to the lessor within the month, and guarantee that the lessee shall pay the rent according to the contract stipulations.

4. the lessor must deliver the leased equipment to the lessee within the time specified in the annex according to the cif_________ conditions.

5. the lessor should notify the lessee of the contract number, name, specifications, number, gross weight, net weight, invoice value, name of the carrier, estimated time of arrival and destination port by telex to collect the goods.

At the same time, we should also send the following documents to the lessee:

A. original bill of lading

B. invoice.

C. shipping documents.

D. the quality and quantity inspection certificate of the rental equipment issued by the lessor's manufacturer.

6. after the goods arrive at the port, the lessee shall entrust the inspection agency to inspect the leased goods.

If the quality, specification, quantity and so forth are not in conformity with the contract stipulations, the lessee shall have the right to lodge a claim with the lessor on the inspection certificate of the inspection institution within the days of arrival of the goods, and to ask for the replacement of the unqualified parts or machines at the expense of the time.

7. during the lease term, the lessor must take necessary insurance. The insurance shall include third party liability insurance, so that other parties concerned who suffer losses and casualties in the accident can also benefit.

8. during the lease term, the lessor shall provide rent free services free of charge, including the installation, operation, repair and maintenance of the rental equipment.

The bearer must take good care of the rental facilities and keep them durable.

If the equipment is damaged due to the erroneous operation of the lessee, the repair fee shall be borne by the lessee.

9. the lessor shall provide the lessee with raw materials, fuel and components at the preferential price.

10. within the month of the arrival of the equipment to the workshop, the Lessor will send the technicians to the installation of the rental equipment, and then train the lessee's technicians and workers so that they can master the technology of operation, repair and maintenance of the equipment.

Under such circumstances, the Lessee agrees to pay a monthly salary of RMB per person per month, and all other expenses shall be borne by the lessor.

11. in order to achieve the purpose mentioned in the tenth clause, the technical data for installation, commissioning, inspection, repair, operation and maintenance shall be provided free to the lessee by the lessor.

12. the technical personnel of the lessor should check the equipment at least once a season to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

The lessee should give them the necessary assistance.

13. if the lessee is involved in a patent dispute between the third parties, the lessor shall be responsible for the consequences.

14. without the written consent of the lessor, the lessee shall not sublet the equipment to the third party.

15. when the contract expires, the lessee can handle it in a way:

A. continues to rent the new year.

B. changed the lease of finance lease for longer.

C. purchase equipment directly according to the agreed price.

16. if a party is prevented from performing its contractual obligations by force majeure, the time limit for the execution of the contract shall be extended accordingly.

17. if a party seriously violates a clause of the contract and fails to do so within the time limit, the other party may submit a written notice to the defaulting party to terminate this contract ahead of time.

The party shall be responsible for the economic losses suffered by the party who has the right to terminate the contract.

All disputes should be settled in accordance with the rules of conciliation and arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by arbitration of one or several arbitrators appointed by the rules.
