In such a densely populated place, there is only one exit from the north main entrance facing the main street and two small elevator outlets on both sides, and no exit and exit are left behind.

Because the building is huge, the whole building is nearly 100 meters in width from north to south. If there is an accident on the two floor or third floor cinema or training school, such a distance will undoubtedly become a fatal danger for the escapees.

Then, the reporter walked around the south side of the shopping mall to about 100 meters in the lane, and found that behind the shopping mall building, there were workers in the new building facilities next to the building, covering an area of about 400 square meters.

According to a three person on the other side of the corridor and a person in charge of Jiayuan project (in construction), it was originally a fire passage, but now the shopping plaza not only opened a safe exit here, but also opened up fire shops and shops.

At the same time, the official pointed out that because of many problems in the fire safety, the shopping plaza has not yet passed the project acceptance.

The project on the south side of the main building of the Plaza is the emergency evacuation platform, which is aimed at solving the long-standing fire safety problems.

At the beginning of construction, according to the plan of the planning department, there is a circular fire fighting facility, but it can not be implemented because of demolition.

It was not until this year that they completed the demolition work at a high price of 1 million 600 thousand yuan before they had a later stage of construction.

According to a staff member at the construction site, the emergency evacuation platform will start from the basement and directly extend to the two floor of the shopping mall, and leave a safe exit. If there is an accident, the theater and school personnel can reach the evacuation platform through the safe passage for the first time and escape from the scene of the accident.

At the same time, under the emergency evacuation platform, they plan to separate rooms for other purposes.

On this construction, the residents nearby questioned repeatedly: "even if it is to build an emergency evacuation platform, but it is still a fire passage, so the facilities here ensure the evacuation of the personnel, and also ensure the entry and exit of the fire engines. According to the original planning and design of the shopping mall, the passageway currently under construction is more than 20 meters wide. Although it is not clearly pointed out that it is a fire passage, it has been planned to build a circular fire passage behind the shopping mall instead of the so-called emergency evacuation platform.

But so far, due to some historical problems, the channel has been shrinking a lot. Judging from the current conditions, there are no conditions for establishing a circular fire passage.

At the same time, between walnut shopping plaza and two adjacent units of three and Jiayuan project, there is no way to negotiate a reasonable plan.

In this regard, the fire brigade will send a notice of suspension to the two units, so that they can complete the relevant procedures and improve the fire protection facilities.
