The Whole County Implements The Registration System Of "Three Certificates In One".

In order to further simplify the registration procedure of the market participants, the three counties registration system was implemented in June 8th.

The County Quality Supervision Bureau actively responds to the decision and deployment of the county Party committee and county government, focusing on simplicity and efficiency, boosting the business license, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate of the market main body.

The so-called "

"Registration" means to register the current enterprise in turn.

The organization code certificate and the tax registration certificate shall be merged together to issue a business license containing three numbers, and no further issuance of three certificates, namely a certificate and three numbers, shall be implemented.

The relevant legal framework is based on the WTO regulations and the 24868-MEIC act.

The Act No. 30637-MEIC of August 12, 2002 stipulates the functions of the office of unfair trade and protection measures.

(7) technical standards.

Costa Rica implemented the law of quality system (Law No. 8279th) in May 21, 2002.

(8) inspection and quarantine.

The Plant Quarantine Act (Law 7664th) and the animal safety protection act (Law No. 8495th) were implemented in June 16, 2006.
