It has its own football team and baseball team, but when the team came on stage, no one shouted joy to Venus, because the name was too long, so when the company was mentioned in the market, it would never connect with these four words.

Later, the company thought it was strange that the famous American Marketing Company should be renamed.

They spent 5 hundred million of that case, and finally called LG.

In fact, when marketing is done, the names that people can say in one breath can not exceed three syllables, either in English or in Chinese.

We studied for half a day when we were preparing to do e-business. We also felt that we could not write a string of names, such as electronic information value added service. Otherwise, it would be just an electronic business.

In modern enterprise management, many companies do not do well or gradually decline in the process of doing so, which is not a strategic factor. The most fundamental factor is the lack of execution.

How does Wanda achieve pformation? That is, we have the ability to carry out and carry out pformation effectively, such as the business turning to light assets.

The first two days I communicated with a famous entrepreneur, he said he admired Wanda very much. He thought we had a characteristic for many years, that is to say, to do something, including pformation.

I said, we are not saying that pformation is pforming. In order to pform, we have formulated a series of systems and measures for ensuring pformation, and are very firm in implementing the system and measures, and are linked to rewards and punishments and the appointment and removal of cadres.

In China, Wanda has created a very good brand for itself, that is, its executive ability is strong.

Why do Wanda package many profitable projects to others? Because I do not want to develop profits. What I am pursuing is the promotion of commercial rents.

Although you can earn a dollar by developing a dollar, the cash flow must be realized through sales.

For example, I manage for others, three 30% is 90%, and I have no risk at all.

Because of the pformation of mode, Wanda can be extended to all places, which is also an embodiment of our executive ability.

Why did Wanda Square not expand to prefecture level cities in the past? It could not be extended to the county seat because the price of houses was not enough.

Now we have a judgement standard, so long as there are 400 thousand people, we dare to vote.

Therefore, we are now expanding rapidly, from 26 this year to 55 next year, maybe 60 or 70 in the following year.
