The most important thing is to build a comprehensive cross-border e-commerce industry chain and ecological chain with China (Hangzhou) cross border e-commerce comprehensive test area as the core.
It will also cultivate a number of cross-border e-commerce platforms and enterprises, use cross-border e-commerce to explore the international market, and encourage e-commerce enterprises to integrate into the overseas retail system through overseas warehouses.
