Fan Youbin said that at present, AI has the intelligent tailoring machine developed by itself and the BMS intelligent production management system, which can achieve the rapid mass production of personalized products.
In 2010, Fan Youbin met with a professor at the China Rapid Manufacturing Research Institute at a forum.
The professor asked Fan Youbin: "do you want to buy a custom made garment on the Internet for half a month? If a custom made product is delivered in 3 days, will you buy it?"
At that time, the custom-made money in the traditional clothing industry would normally take 1 months from ordering to shipping, and 15 days sooner.
It is not easy to shrink to 72 hours.
After coming back, Fan Youbin and the team have been thinking about this problem.
"In the past, custom tailored costumes were all artificial tailors. We envisage that automatic machine tailoring is possible to achieve efficient and quick tailoring."
So Fan Youbin set up a R & D team and began to develop intelligent tailoring robot independently.
In March 2012, the smart tailor version 1 was launched. The application of laser technology made it possible to tailor garment automation.
However, when the product development was not mature enough, the cost of cutting a pair of jeans increased by nearly 20 times - the cost of the machine was 100 yuan, while the labor cost only needed 5 yuan.
In September 2013, the smart tailoring 3 version was launched, the efficiency was greatly improved, the cost was greatly reduced, the machine could cut a pair of jeans in 18 seconds, and the washing effect could be completed in 3 minutes, and the manual work needed 30 minutes to 1 hours.

For the traditional clothing industry, enterprises need to have the determination and courage to innovate.
In the Fan Youbin plan, the future is not only a clothing enterprise, but also a clothing intelligent manufacturing solution service provider.
It is expected to become a mass customization platform by 2018. Brand manufacturers, e-commerce platforms, independent designers and consumers will all become customers. The revenue of products and manufacturing services will be weakened, and the biggest revenue will come from providing solutions.
At present, Asta is building a huge database, including the clothing version library, the human body database and the clothing database.
Since 2008, he has collaborate and has collected 107 different brands of data from 12 countries.
In order to better collect data, Asta opened two cowboy coffee life experience stores in Guangzhou last year.
