Delta Airlines Subscribe To China Eastern Airlines To Expand International Business
China Eastern Airlines's new issue of H-shares has been resumed by Delta Airlines for 28 days

In the share subscription paction, Delta Airlines accounted for 10% of the shares of Eastern Airlines H-share after the issue, accounting for 3.55% of the total share capital issued after the issue.
China Eastern Airlines agreed that Delta Airlines will appoint a board observer to attend the meetings of the board of directors and the planning and Development Committee. The board observers will not have the right to vote in the board of directors.
Orient Airlines said that the share subscription paction is conducive to further optimization of the company.
