New York Legislation Stipulates That Children'S Clothing Or Products Should Not Contain 7 Kinds Of Toxic Chemicals.

U.S.A New York The No. 3 of 2015, a non-toxic toy act, aims to prevent children from being affected by the law. Children's Wear And the harm of toxic chemicals in children's products. This law will take effect in October 12, 2015.

According to the relevant regulations, no person shall supply or sell any children's products or children's clothing containing the following substances:

Benzene, lead, mercury, antimony, arsenic, cadmium and cobalt.

Exemption:

. free gifts or sale of children's products sold in second-hand stores, yard markets or for charitable donations; and only Internet Products on sale;

Sports protective equipment, including but not limited to helmets, sports belts, kneecaps and elbow protector.

Note:

Children refer to persons aged 12 or below;

Children's clothing refers to any child's clothing containing fabric or other related materials for use.

Children's products are any products that are designed or manufactured for children, including children. Toys And so on. It does not include batteries, consumer electronics and components, paper products, or drugs, biological products, medical devices, food or food additives controlled by the US Food and drug administration.
