V&A Italy fashion show: fashion after 1945

In 1955, the fashion show "Stilata" was exhibited at Sala Blanca.

Recently, the tour "Italy fashion show: fashion after 1945" landed at the Fries special visual arts center in Nashville, Tennessee.

In 2010, V&A planned the "golden age of high definition: Paris and London 1947-57 years" exhibition, which used Fries special visual arts center as its only exhibition point in the United States.

The last part of the exhibition is a film projected on a narrow wall.

The film appeared in DonatellaVersace and ValentinoGaravani and other designers, and their outstanding works.

Besides, there are also works mentioned by the younger generation of Italy designers, such as bright pink skirts, MiuMiu boots and Dolce&Gabbana accessories designed by Capucci in 80s.

"At the exhibition in London, the film about the future of Italy's fashion industry is a good example."

Kennedy said, "but at the exhibition of Fries, we feel that the end of the fashion video will bring a better response than the documentary."

Of course, space layout is still a difficult problem in this exhibition.

"The ceiling of V&A is relatively high, and the exhibitor hopes to make a fashion church.

Our space is relatively small, but I think we have made a successful exhibition. "

She said, "the overall lighting of our exhibition is so dark that it has produced a theatrical effect in theaters, which is not inferior to V&A's exhibition."
