In the past, when Xie Guangxing retired to his home to enjoy his old age, he chose to join the company and continue to shine in his beloved field.

Xie Guangxing is a Fuzhou man. After graduating from high school, under the influence and guidance of his father, he entered a large weaving factory in Fuzhou. It coincided with the establishment of the weaving department's R & D department, and Xie Guangxing became an ordinary employee in the R & D department.

Although he has just entered the industry, he has been very quick at hand. He said, this is mainly due to his father's teachings. "My father is engaged in the textile and fabric industry. When I was young, I could see all kinds of fabrics and grey cloth everywhere, so I am not familiar with these things."

Xie Guangxing, who was diligent and inquisitive, was promoted rapidly from the general staff to the director of R & D and then to the deputy director of technology.

With actual combat experience, Xie Guangxing believes that it is necessary to recharge theory for himself.

So he signed up for the national textile industry R & D personnel training class, and got his diploma through his own efforts.

"When the theory came back, I commended the engineer and was appointed the chief engineer by the weaving factory."

Later, with the mobilization of his work, Xie Guangxing went to another large weaving factory in Fuzhou as deputy factory director, so he spent thirty years in two weaving factories.

Because of his love for the industry, he never thought of changing careers. Even after the weaving mill was disbanded, he still took over as a technical backbone in many textile enterprises.

I am afraid that few people can do it in a lifetime, but Xie Guangxing has done it.

He told reporters that when he devoted himself to research and development, he could always get a lot of unexpected fun, and when he saw that his product was loved by customers and mass produced, he also gained a sense of pride and accomplishment.

Never too old to learn, good habit of writing notes.

At the age of 70, he came from Fuzhou alone.

Xie's decision was initially opposed by his family. "Family members, because of their concern, hope that I can rest at home.

Xie Guangxing told reporters that the mental state of his work was very full, and he often forgot his age.

"Longfeng's R & D team is mostly young people who work with them and I am infected myself.

Young people's ideas are more advanced and more active, and my experience is richer, more practical and complementary. "

For decades, Xie Guangxing had an unchangeable work habit, that is, taking notes, summarizing every day's work, developing problems and solving plans, he would record on that day, so far his notebook has been packed with a large box.

"In my spare time, I often take out my old notebook, and sometimes I can find some inspiration for research and development."

Rooted in the textile fabric industry for 50 years, Xie Guangxing also felt the changes in the industry. In order not to be eliminated by the times, he forced himself to keep learning and find young people to learn computer operation. "Like this wood pattern fabric, hand proofing before, it takes more than ten to twenty days to complete. Now, through computer input process, it can be produced in one or two days."

In the industry, Xie Guangxing is already an apprentice, but even so, he never despise others because of his profound qualifications. "Everyone has his own expertise and mutual communication is an effective way to promote mutual progress."
