Implementation of differentiated factor allocation

For the use of water, the water price of the ABC three types of enterprises is charged normally, but the amount of water in the water user plan for the D enterprises is paid in accordance with the prescribed price standard, exceeding the approved water use plan. If the tap water exceeds 30% of the planned water consumption, it can be charged 3 times the normal water price.

In terms of electricity consumption, the prices of A and B enterprises are implemented according to the normal electricity price level. C and D enterprises carry out differentiated tariff policies. C and D enterprises carry out the restricted differentiated tariff policy according to the total electricity consumption of 30% and 100% respectively.
