In accordance with the acceptance requirements of the national quality inspection center, the expert group heard the support of the Guangdong Quality Supervision Bureau and the Jieyang municipal government for the national garment quality inspection center, as well as the work report of the Quality Inspection Institute of Jieyang on the completion of the center construction, inspected the laboratory environment and hardware facilities of the clothing quality inspection center, and verified the relevant information from the 6 parts of the technical capability, team building, scientific research ability, operation status, influence and authority, and local government support, and conducted on-site assessment of the central examination ability by blind sample inspection.

The expert group highly appraised the construction of the clothing quality inspection center, and agreed that the environmental conditions of the central laboratory were good, the instruments and equipment, the standard materials were well distributed, and had strong scientific research ability. The structure of the professional title of the personnel team was more optimized, and the comprehensive score of the level of capacity building was 82.5 points, which reached the "advanced level" in China, and agreed to pass the inspection.

At the same time, the expert group recommends further improving the ability of the clothing quality inspection center to inspect soft technology, and actively participating in the revision of the national standards, laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the center.
