Medium and short term early warning platform for heavy pollution weather.

Based on the analysis of the correlation between air quality and meteorological factors, combined with lidar and satellite remote sensing technology, the multivariate high-order dynamic prediction method of air quality with qualitative factors is innovatively established. A medium and short-term warning platform for heavy pollution weather in Shenyang is constructed and applied with higher prediction accuracy and dynamic modeling. The platform commissioning and trial operation are completed in 2017.

Construction of Shenyang environmental monitoring center station monitoring business

The standardized management of the whole process of monitoring business is realized. The laboratory resources, quality control, instrument data acquisition, data query and analysis, on-site sampling, mobile phone online approval and so on are unified, and a monitoring business management system with comprehensive coverage, standardized management, high efficiency and safety is set up, and the project construction is planned to start this year.

Promote the construction of automatic monitoring system for pollution sources.

Water quality automatic sampler is installed at the outlet of main source of waste water, discharge outlet of heavy metal wastewater, and total discharge port. Remote control sampling, random sampling and 24 hours uninterrupted sampling are implemented, and project construction is planned to start this year.
