After Finishing The Old Clothes, H&M Began To Protect The Animals Again.
In recent days, fast fashion brand H&M has repeatedly shown loyalty to nature.
At the end of August, it announced that it needed to produce 1 million euros a year to develop the technology of old clothes recycling. After a few days, it launched cooperation with the international humane treatment Animal Association HSI.
The purpose of this cooperation is not only to regulate the use of H&M for animal fur or other body parts, but also to ban animal experiments on cosmetics around the world.
At present, the detailed rules include: prohibit the use of Angola rabbit hair, live birds or bird feathers that are forced to feed; protect the health of wool animals; avoid selling any skin of birds and animals that are cherished and endangered; only accept the skin of cows, buffalo, sheep, goats, fish and pigs, because these are common cultured animals.
In the detailed rules, H&M also has more stringent requirements for wool products commonly used in clothing.
It has developed a "wool standard" (RWS) to ensure that since 2015, H&M has only used professional certification wool, and the legislative standard of forbidding the use of live sheep's waist and waist will be further improved.
"Animal welfare is very important for H&M. We want to contribute more to the practice of animal protection in our industry. That's why we need to improve our health on the one hand.

Their own needs, and also cooperate with HSI to enhance the whole industry and global standards.
H&M sustainability business expert Madelene Ericsson said in a statement.
Cooperation with HSI has also been written into the supplementary provisions of H&M's shareholders' interests, and it will exist as an independent part for a long time.
The newspaper also wrote in detail that "protecting animals will always be placed in an important position" and will act as a chain of conduct for the entire production and marketing chain.
At present, H&M must first agree with suppliers such as farms to ensure that the materials they use are humanitarianism.
Before working with HSI, H&M's ongoing attempts in environmental projects have covered many aspects.
In April this year, H&M announced the development of fabric innovation and fiber recycling technology in order not to allow refractory fibers to be buried in landfills.
In September 6th, it just finished the first British fashion recycling week jointly organized by the London Fashion Institute.
The students refurbished the collected old clothes, car cushions, broken cloth and so on into new products.

It can be seen that every environmental action of H&M is not low-key. This is because, as a representative of fast fashion brands, the environmental problems brought about by the rapid expansion speed of H&M have been criticized. It is urgent to restore their brand image.
In August, H&M, UNIQLO, Zara and other factories were found to have caused disastrous pollution to the southern town of India.
In order to adapt to the rapid upgrading of products in the industry, fast fashion brands have to spend a lot of resources, which are very hard to repair the environment.
"Whether from the social level or the environmental level, we are trying to convey the positive information of the product, so that the negative impact is lower than our competitors."
"We must adopt a systemic approach," said Henrik Lampa, H&M's sustainable business manager, to Quartz.
However, too high pitched calls always make people wonder if marketing marks are too heavy.
As early as 2013, H&M was already the number one brand in the Texile Exchange organic cotton consumption list. But in fact, at that time, the proportion of organic cotton which did not depend on toxic pesticides and other drugs was less than 14% of the cotton used in H&M.
Fast fashion
The development depends largely on resource consuming crops.
As we all know, looking for social responsibility and
economic interest
The balance is not easy.
In order to take account of responsibilities, enterprises often have to pay high cost. Since H&M has done so much, people can understand more about two sentences.
Next, it will actively cooperate with cosmetic products to promote anti animal testing activities and encourage people to use #BeCrueltyFree tags on social media to attract the attention of consumers and shareholders.
