Incineration not only consumed energy such as coal and electricity, but also produced a lot of pollutants, including carbon dioxide and so on. Landfills not only occupied land, but also produced harmful materials that would pollute the water and soil and air.

If the old clothes are being worn for two times, used as rag or refurbishment, they will continue to realize their use value, or the waste textiles will be processed into regenerated fibers as the skeleton of composite materials.

In addition, physical or chemical technology can be added to produce new products for packaging and other fields.

With the innovation of physical and chemical technology and the support of the state in the industrial policy of waste textiles, waste textiles have been formed as an emerging industry, and the recycling of waste textiles has been developing towards standardization.
