    The report on the financial capacity of Chinese residents shows that wages are the main source of income for Chinese households in all kinds of income sources, and assets income is relatively low as the main household income.

    With the accumulation of wealth, the demand for investment and financial management of people over 45 has become increasingly strong.

    In the current survey, the score of Chinese residents' financial knowledge was 51.15, slightly higher than that of the previous 50.36.

    From the survey results, we can see that the financial knowledge of Chinese residents is still relatively weak. The behavior of Chinese residents in income, consumption and investment is conservative. Because of the immature financial market in China and the relatively low penetration rate of investors' financial knowledge education, residents do not understand the investment in gold products, and it is difficult to make reasonable use of financial products to get better returns.

    All along, Chinese residents have shown great importance to deposits, but in the past two years, with the development of Internet finance, the willingness of Chinese residents to save has declined.

    In daily consumption, diet is still the main expenditure, accounting for 66.88%.

    In terms of loans, Chinese families rely mainly on relatives and friends. The proportion of fundraising by small loan companies, private lending and P2P net loan channels is 7.78%, 7.02% and 6.76% respectively.

    With multiple attributes such as investment and residence, many Chinese families regard property as an important asset allocation for their families.

    Survey data show that China's family property ownership rate reached 83.43%, and families with more than two sets of property accounted for 40.07%.

    Among them, 52.07% of the families, the value of real estate accounts for more than half of the total family assets, and more than 16.19% of the households account for more than 80%.

    31.99% of Chinese families regard property as an investment means.

    From the perspective of regional distribution, families whose property accounts for more than 80% of the total family assets is mainly concentrated in areas with relatively high housing prices, such as Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Fujian.

    But from the perspective of asset allocation, most of the family wealth is concentrated in real estate, and the proportion is too large, and the family assets are not healthy and risky.

    Because property belongs to real estate, liquidity is poor, when the family has large capital demand, it is difficult to cash in short time, and quickly solve the capital demand.

    Or when the economy is in crisis, the depreciation of real estate will rapidly reduce family wealth.
