    As "the capital of leather leather goods in China", there are 1002 leather enterprises in Xinji, 1408 leather management households, 139 Enterprises above Designated Size, 152 thousand employees, and 410 enterprises with independent export rights.

    In 2014, there were 30 million leather skins, 6 million 550 thousand leather goods, 165 million leather goods, 3 million 500 thousand pairs of leather shoes, and 333 million yuan in taxes.
