    In 1995, Gu Weiping, the founder of Chinese clothing designer's original base, who was proficient in textile technology, started a business of garment production and export with a "foreign trade tide".

      


    Through the surging sea of foreign trade ports, orders from the other side of the ocean feed a large number of fashionable clothing and trade enterprises, while Gu Weiping runs only one of them.

    However, the garment factories that rely on processing agents have not yet imagined the bright future. The outbreak of the global financial crisis has swept out a large number of small factories.

    "The outbreak of the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States and the continuous appreciation of the renminbi have made it difficult for the garment foreign trade enterprises to make their own efforts. Without independent research and development capabilities, the survival of the enterprises is in the hands of others."

    After the financial crisis, Gu Weiping restarted and entered Hangzhou in 2008. This time he focused on the management and research of fashion fashion fabrics.

    Entering the original site is actually a bit like walking into the fashion version of Sijiqing. An isolated space represents the studio of each designer, while the studio style image is entirely created by independent designers. The designer's masterpieces are often displayed in glass cupboards.

      


    When asked how much the designer would pay for the studio, Gu Weiping replied with a smile: "now the venue is free of charge."

      


    Gu Weiping said that the real survival environment of Chinese fashion designers is not impressive at present. In the past, driven by the maximization of interests, clothing brands always choose the "burst money" that can be accepted by more consumers. Therefore, following the trend, copying and scraping are the fastest and effective ways of doing things.

      


    "This has led to an increasing number of brands lacking design and R & D teams, and good original designers have been exchanging hard work with a hard working return rather than an equivalent return."

    Gu Weiping regrets the situation of Chinese original designers, and the birth of the "original base of Chinese fashion designers" may be a liberation for designers who have settled in the base.

      


    It is understood that the original base of Chinese fashion designers, through the multilateral integration of the apparel industry chain, and the cooperation of more than 100 cooperation teams on the upstream and downstream, with the core of "cutting-edge designer originality", creates an interactive industrial ecosystem with the integration of surface accessories, clothing processing, creative design, brand incubation, Internet marketing and logistics distribution.

      


    At present, there are 150 design studios in the base, with more than 500 independent designers.

    Base plans to enter 300 design studios at the end of this year, 1000 original designers.

      


    On the 12000 square sky garden at the top of the original base, they are building a "publishing center". The "conference center", "photography base", "life hall", "model broker company", "fashion exchange training base" and "China clothing club" and so on, will converge the multilateral integrated fashion ecosystem, and are expected to be completed and put into operation in three months.


    Fashion industry is still in its infancy in Zhejiang, but its strong market guiding ability has been attached great importance to by our province, and it has been listed as one of the seven trillion level industries in the future development.

    By 2020, our province will strive to turn the fashion industry into a big industry with a total revenue of over trillion yuan.

      


    In Gu Weiping's eyes, the fashion in the future is lifestyle, and there are thousands of faces without standardization.

    To promote Zhejiang's fashion industry to be trillions, it is not just the efforts of the industry, but also the participation of the public.

      


    "If we want to move towards trillions, consumers will not be able to get away from the fashion industry."

    Gu Weiping sighs that the major fashion weeks in the city are endless, but most of them are for show to the industry, and they are full of flowers, but there is no real effective output.

      


    Gu Weiping uses some traditional clothing brands in Zhejiang as an example. "Many local clothing companies often export the concept of fashion when they export the concept of fashion, and then export them to the outside world, so as to guide or educate consumers, and lack of interaction with consumers.

    The trend of the future fashion industry must be the orderly interaction between fashion consumers and fashion creators.

      


    At this point, Gu Weiping is also actively trying.

    At the beginning of October this year, the designer's brand integration shop of the Chinese clothing designer's original base - "YC630" was opened in Tianyi Square in Ningbo. In recent days, the sales volume of this store has been ranked first in Tianyi Square store sales.

      


    "YC630 stores are separated from different blocks and placed in the works of various designer brands. In these blocks, not only are designers showing the latest fashion concepts, but also the designers' personal experiences and stories are told to consumers."

    Gu Weiping told reporters that in these blocks will be placed in the designer's two-dimensional code, consumers can communicate with designers at any time.

      


    Although the operation teams and supply chain resources provided by the store are enough to help designers solve their worries behind product design, Gu Weiping believes that the next step is to integrate the power of "Internet +".

      


    "Some people say that the arrival of the era of e-commerce will bring destruction to the physical storefront.

    I think it's not right. The Internet is just a tool, and the entity store should be a win-win relationship.

    Gu Weiping believes that e-commerce will promote the development of the fashion industry, further expand the market potential and enhance the competitiveness of the market, thereby affecting the development and design and production of the end of the improvement and upgrading.
