Wang Minqi pointed out that attending international exhibitions such as ITMA made Chinese textile machinery enterprises see the gap with the industry leader, and let everyone see clearly the direction of future research and development.

Taking knitting equipment as an example, from the overall level, there is still a big gap between China's equipment manufacturing level and the most advanced international level.

For example, in Carle's Meyer's products, a new product has completely broken through the bottleneck of technology research and development, and has achieved a further upgrade in performance.

At the same time, many high speed equipment abroad, domestic equipment is still unable to achieve.

In addition, there are many types of equipment that have not been produced in China, such as stockings packing machine, single piece clothes shaping machine and so on.

This makes Wang Minqi feel that research and development will never end.

Bao Dequan said that as the "big brother" of the industry, the manufacturing equipment of European traditional dyeing and weaving machinery is very high, but from the perspective of development speed, the technological research and development speed of Chinese enterprises is faster and the situation is vigorously catching up.

Apart from the fact that there is still a gap in China's products in terms of technology research and development, there is much room for improvement in product design concepts and applicability.

In contrast, the equipment manufacturing of foreign textile machinery enterprises is more aesthetic in technology, and this is not purely aesthetic.

Making the textile machinery equipment into "artwork" also requires higher manufacturing technology and standards.

Although the overseas exhibitors exhibited the finishing equipment mostly flat cloth and narrow width equipment, the appearance technology of the equipment was quite outstanding.
