Fan Chunguang, director general of the law enforcement supervision department of the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine, introduced the general idea, working method, work progress and future vision of the "enterprise product quality pledge" work at the meeting.

Although the children's clothing industry is a sub industry with less development pressure in the whole garment industry, it is also faced with the problems of macroeconomic adjustment, market demand, consumer demand change, factor cost increase, foreign brand extrusion and so on.

He stressed that the essence of adjusting the changes is to make products better and satisfy consumer demand better.

And product quality is the bottom line of good products, and is the most basic social responsibility of enterprises.

As a national industry organization, product quality safety has always been one of the most important work contents of China clothing association.

"Quality, innovation, rapid response and social responsibility" is one of the four in one brand value elements, quality is always the top priority.

Yang Jinchun pointed out that the AQSIQ's "product quality and safety commitment" work, through the application of new technical means and market mechanism with the characteristics of the times, will not only support quality production enterprises, but also crack down on fake and shoddy products manufacturing enterprises. In fact, a long-term quality credit guarantee mechanism with "government supervision and promotion, enterprises' fulfilling responsibilities and consumers' extensive participation" will be established.

The effective implementation of this work will have a significant and positive impact on the children's wear market, not only conducive to the establishment of a fair market order, but also conducive to the long-term development of children's wear industry.

According to the requirements of the AQSIQ, the China Apparel Association will work together to do business communication, testing agency recommendation, expert support and enterprise appeal handling.

The work of "enterprise product quality commitment" is specifically undertaken by the China clothing association children's wear Specialized Committee and the China clothing association industry department. Based on the full communication in the early stage, thirteen children's wear industry backbone brand enterprises jointly signed the "children's clothing industry quality safety integrity and undertaking", and promised to strictly abide by the relevant quality regulations and standards, continuously improve the product quality, ensure the safety of children's clothing consumption, create the dominant brand of Chinese children's wear, and jointly maintain the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.
