It can be said that the world is more colorful because of the Internet, and life is richer by the Internet.

China is in the historical process of rapid development of information technology.

China attaches great importance to the development of the Internet. Since joining the Internet 21 years ago, we have been strengthening the construction of information infrastructure, developing the network economy and promoting information benefiting people in line with the idea of actively utilizing, developing scientifically, managing according to law and ensuring safety.

The gap of information in different countries and regions is constantly widening. The existing network space governance rules are difficult to reflect the wishes and interests of most countries. Violations of personal privacy, intellectual property rights and cyber crimes occur frequently around the world. Network monitoring, cyber attacks and Internet terrorist activities have become global public nuisance.
