The aim is to gather the strengths and resources of the professional colleges and universities, carry out the student body survey and establish relevant databases according to the characteristics of the primary and secondary schools in the capital, carry out research on the standard of student clothing, style and technology, carry out the research on the technical specification and safety inspection of student clothing, establish scientific evaluation and supervision mechanism, build research and construction of public information service platform, study the capital uniform culture of the capital, form a theoretical system, provide intellectual support for R & D, and contribute to the reform and development of the service of primary and secondary schools in Beijing.
