The outboard pmission mechanism is in the upper part of the fuselage, and is composed of a feeding belt, a discharging belt and an upper feeding belt.
When the outer surface is polished, the bottom face is sent downward from the feeding belt, and when it reaches the middle part, the abrasive cloth belt is polished.
When the polish is applied, the upper feeding belt and the pressing roller will press the outsole on the abrasive cloth belt and the polished wheel, so that the outsole will be polished by the abrasive belt when it is evenly stressed and pported.

The abrasive cloth belt polishing mechanism is in the protective cover, and is vertically installed on the shoe body.
The mechanism is composed of upper grinding wheel, lower driven wheel, side tension wheel and abrasive cloth belt, etc. the three wheels are triangular distributed, and the abrasive cloth belt is sheathed on three wheels and is tensioned, and driven by a separate motor and pulley.
The upper grinding wheel is a driving wheel, which is mounted on a spindle which can move axially and move slightly, so that the abrasive cloth belt is slightly jitter.

The central axis of the driven wheel is fixed on the support of the fuselage and is perpendicular to the upper grinding wheel, and is positioned at the center of the fuselage.
The tensioning wheel is mounted on the tensioning arm which can swing upward and downward, and screws are used to adjust the swing angle of the tensioning arm, so that the abrasive cloth belt is stretched or relaxed to facilitate normal movement or replacement.
The mechanical pmission mechanism is composed of three parts: feeding, polishing, crank connecting rod, and driven by three motors.
The power of the feeding motor is pmitted to the feeding right roller through the belt drive, the chain drive and the slow deceleration first, so that the feeding belt rotates, and then the chain wheels of the two feeding rollers are respectively used to rotate the material belt and the feeding belt respectively through the chain.

Through the handle, the distance between the upper feeding belt and the abrasive cloth belt can be adjusted, and the pressing force at the outer bottom can be adjusted.

With the clockwise rotation of the handle, the pressure of the feeding wheel increases, and the outsole suitable for grinding hardness is higher, whereas the pressure decreases, which is suitable for the outsole with low grinding hardness.
After adjustment, it is necessary to tighten the nut from the locking hole by special spanner to prevent loosening of the handle.
