The comprehensive utilization technology of resources such as condensate and cooling water reuse, reclaimed water reuse, mercerizing light alkali recovery, high temperature waste heat energy reuse, heat recovery of exhaust heat from stereotyping machine has been widely applied; less sludge biological treatment, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membrane technology, biofilm reactor, magnetic levitation fan and other wastewater treatment technologies have been widely applied. During the "12th Five-Year" period, the efficient pretreatment and bleaching process, biological enzyme pretreatment, cold pad batch pretreatment, low temperature bleaching of cotton fabrics, and continuous flat width pretreatment of knitted fabrics were widely used in the printing and dyeing industry.

    It is reported that the water consumption and energy consumption per unit product of the printing and dyeing industry in 12th Five-Year are obviously decreasing.

    In 2010~2014, the water consumption per unit product of the printing and dyeing industry decreased by 28%, from 2.5 tons to 100 meters, to 1.8 tons / 100 meters, and the comprehensive energy consumption decreased by 18%, from 50 kilograms of standard coal / 100 meters to 41 kilograms of standard coal / 100 meters, and the water reuse rate increased.

    During the "12th Five-Year" period, the repetition rate of water used in printing and dyeing industry increased from 15% to 30%, and the discharge of water pollutants decreased.

    In 2010~2013, the total amount of waste water from textile industry dropped from 24.55 billion tons to 21.5 million tons, and the total amount of chemical oxygen demand dropped obviously, from 300 thousand and 600 tons to 254 thousand tons, and the ecological safety performance of products increased.

    In addition, in recent years, the industry has perfected the inspection and supervision mechanism for the final product quality. Enterprises have actively carried out ISO9000 quality management system certification, ISO14000 environmental management system certification and Oeko-Tex100 certification. Many enterprises have passed the certification of ecological safety.

    "Before 2003, China's export of textiles and clothing banned azo dye detection, the failure rate has been hovering around 15%, but in recent years, the overall failure rate of the project has dropped to less than 1.5%, is at the international leading level."

    Improving emission standards and encouraging enterprise development

    Chen Zhihua pointed out that during the "12th Five-Year" period, the state's requirements for energy saving and emission reduction in the industry were getting higher and higher.     The standard has raised emission requirements and formulated three emission limits.
