The degree of implementation is different.

The courier introduced, the company also stipulates that all express must be opened to inspect, to confirm that goods meet the requirements will be collected.

The reporter then contacted STO to pick up the item. In the process of filling out the order, the courier first asked the reporter to produce his identity card, then inquired about the items and destination he sent, and opened the package to make a test.

Enterprise response

Enterprises have different understanding of real name system.

Reporters then interviewed several express companies.

Yuantong Express said that the implementation of the 100% priority system includes the following: 1. After a priori viewing and closing the box, 100% sending the real name system, 100%X optical machine security inspection system, and so on, and continuously investing in the early stage, and strengthening the training of related personnel, especially the education and training of the first line couriers.

In addition, the courier will ask the sender to produce his valid identity card and check it, and record his name and number in the notebook.

Shun Feng told reporters that the company has been strict with the real name system, but the express real name system does not refer to the real name of the user's sending information, but the real name of the delivery process, and the real name system does not require the ID card number to be displayed on the list.

As for SF express, the reporter did not require reporters to verify their identity when receiving the goods.

Experts say

There is no clear standard for implementing the real name system.

Express expert Zhao Xiaomin introduced that the implementation of the "real name system" has not been clearly implemented.

Therefore, since the beginning of last year, when all courier companies began to execute, there were different standards.

As we all know, the biggest flaw of express real name system is the problem of leaking.

Zhao Xiaomin believes that if the private information of the sender is added to the document, the latter will cause a wide range of divulging problems.

"Regardless of enterprise background control, or sign control, it is very difficult to avoid this problem."

In addition, because the real name of the courier has brought a certain threshold to the sender, it also reduces the efficiency of the collection, and the volume of the courier company's business may decline.

With the introduction of real name system, training and configuration of couriers, the express company will increase the operating cost of the company.

Based on the above two reasons, many consumers worry that the express real name system may rise in price.

Zhao Xiaomin believes that the mobile phone number as a real name system is more reliable.

Through the social credit authentication system, the mobile phone number as a real name system can effectively avoid the risk of leakage.

Nevertheless, the real implementation of the express real name system does not really appreciate the real benefits of consumers.

Because of the problem of real name system, once the enterprise is punished, they will have to increase the cost of equipment, staff training and other expenses, which will eventually be passed on to consumers.

Personal couriers based on fixed addresses and identity information are not strictly enforced.
