The destruction volume of the 123 thousand and 200 units was nearly double that of the same period last year.

After being professionally treated, these unqualified imported garments were burned into electricity.

Imports of consumer goods continued to grow rapidly.

In 2015, the Shanghai port accepted the 52 thousand batch of imported clothing inspection, sampling and sending 21 thousand batches, and detected 1281 batches of internal quality unqualified, with an unqualified rate of 6.02%.

Among them, 598 batches of unsafe and hygienic items were worth $4 million 326 thousand.

According to the regulations, imported garments with unqualified quality are all pported or destroyed.

In addition to Boss, Versace and other international brands, in the first half of 2015, the Shanghai entry-exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau also detected the formaldehyde content of imported brands of HERMES brand continuously, which exceeded the national standard limit requirement, involving 9 batches, and the production areas were all French.

Shanghai entry-exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau official pointed out that the skin directly contact with formaldehyde exceeding the standard of clothing, can cause allergic dermatitis and carcinogenic effect, formaldehyde exceeds the standard is a serious safety, hygiene unqualified behavior.

The internationally renowned brands should be destroyed by failing to import imported garments. They should abide by relevant laws and regulations in China and attach importance to the protection of Chinese consumers' rights and interests.
