The General Administration of Customs of China released the data of import and export in 2016 before February.

According to statistics, in the first two months of 2016, the total value of imports and exports of the mainland was 3 trillion and 310 billion yuan (RMB), which was 12.6% lower than that in the same period in 2015.

Before February, the export of mechanical and electrical products in the mainland was 1 trillion and 110 billion yuan, down 12.2%, accounting for 56.6% of the total export value.

Among them, electrical and electronic products exports 487 billion 300 million yuan, down 7.2%; machinery and equipment 322 billion 520 million yuan, down 12.6%.

In the same period, clothing exports were 157 billion 50 million yuan, down 11.8%; textiles 100 billion 530 million yuan, down 9.3%;

52 billion 80 million yuan, down 17.3%; furniture 51 billion 790 million yuan, down 17.8%; plastic products 34 billion 950 million yuan, down 11%; luggage 25 billion 630 million yuan, down 14.7%; toys 12 billion 760 million yuan, growth 3.5%; the above 7 categories of labor-intensive products total exports of 3.5% yuan, decreased by 3.5%, accounting for the total export value of the collection.

In addition, 3 million 830 thousand tons of fertilizer exports, 28.8% reduction; 17 million 850 thousand tons of steel, 1.3% reduction; 90 thousand vehicles, reduced by 33.5%.
