"Draft plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "draft plan") proposed the construction of a modern energy system, and put forward eight key projects in the energy field during the "13th Five-Year" period.

Ultra low emission upgrading pushing up electricity price

In the third major projects of renewable energy, the state proposed to focus on the development of Southwest hydropower and start construction of 60 million kilowatts of conventional hydropower.
