From the press conference held by the Zhejiang inspection and Quarantine Bureau, it was learned that in 2015, Zhejiang's cross-border electricity suppliers imported more than 6 billion yuan, and exports amounted to about 27 billion yuan, up 34.7% over the same period last year.

Last year, the Zhejiang inspection and Quarantine Bureau monitored the 111 batch of cross-border e-commerce products, and detected 71 unqualified batches. The failure rate was 63.9%; 340 batches of samples were sampled under the online (Park) inspection, and 27 failed batches were detected, with an unqualified rate of 7.94%.

According to the data provided by the Zhejiang provincial inspection and Quarantine Bureau, in 2015, the national inspection and quarantine agency monitored 14554 imported cross-border electricity supplier samples, with a total monitoring coverage of 0.12% of the total imports, basically covering all imports of cross-border e-commerce products.

Among them, 2730 were ordinary foods, accounting for 18.7% of the total number of directors, 1976 of health food products, 13.6% of the total number of directors, 7632 of cosmetics, accounting for 52.4% of the total number of directors, 2216 of light industrial consumer goods and 2216 of other categories, accounting for 15.3% of the total number of directors.

In the above samples, a total of unqualified cross-border cases were monitored.

Among them, there were 114 batches of safety and health problems, accounting for 8.8% of the total number of disqualification; 424 batches of the label label problem accounted for 32.9% of the total number of disqualification; 750 batches involving other reasons were unqualified, accounting for 58.3%;

It is noteworthy that 100% of the 8 batches of children's toys and children's car safety seats monitored by the Zhejiang inspection and Quarantine Bureau were unqualified.

The inspection and quarantine departments took corresponding tracking and handling of the above 1288 batches of substandard products respectively, among them: 40 batches of disposal, 149 batches of handling, and 166 batches of "down shelves", and 933 batches of "shelves" allowed again after rectification.

However, due to the lack of relevant mandatory standards and weak supervision in China, this kind of hidden danger of quality and safety is more common.

Yu Yijiang, deputy director of Zhejiang inspection and Quarantine Bureau, said that the implementation of key projects related to safety and health aspects should be monitored, and the "mysterious buyers" approach should be adopted to dynamically monitor consumer oriented cross-border e-commerce products.
