For this reason, the new idea company started a new job and innovatively turned the flip structure shoe model into a flat shoe mold, so that the shoe mould changed from a flip turn to a simple linear motion, which laid the foundation for the automation of the polyurethane shoe making process.

On this basis, the new idea company has developed automatic pouring polyurethane material, automatic upper and lower shoe last equipment, and successfully realized the full automation of polyurethane shoemaking process.

"Putting the shoe raw material on the production line, the shoes come down from the production line, people can walk on shoes, and the production efficiency is greatly improved."

The use of fully automated polyurethane shoe making line not only greatly improves production efficiency, but also has considerable economic benefits.

It is estimated that the production line can save 80% manpower and the labor intensity of employees will also decrease.
