With the Ministry of social security and the Ministry of personnel and education of the China Light Industry Federation, on April 2016 25-26, the China Leather Association convened a revised meeting on the national professional standards of leather industry, which aims to reflect the six professions of leather industry in the 2015 edition of the People's Republic of China Occupation Classification ceremony, and objectively reflects the requirements of the six professions at the present stage and the requirements of practitioners.

On this basis, we made a serious discussion on the revision work, put forward the problems in the implementation of the current standards, and put forward suggestions on the standard clauses in different product areas.

At the same time, in order to strengthen the construction and management of the vocational skills appraisal and appraisal staff in the leather industry, standardize the professional skill appraisal work, and ensure the quality of the professional skill appraisal, the responsible comrades of the China Light Industry Vocational and technical appraisal guidance center held the training of national vocational skill appraisal examiners according to the "Regulations on the management of professional skills appraisal personnel" formulated by the training and employment division of the Ministry of labor and social security. After that, more than thirty delegates attended the formal examination and successfully completed the examination task.
