In September of that year, Xinji formulated the "upgrading and pformation plan of environmental protection in tannery", and decided to use one year to complete the upgrading and upgrading of tannery sewage treatment.

In 2014, tannery enterprises in Xinji city shut down for half a year.

In the meantime, these enterprises invested 580 million yuan through self construction and joint construction, and built 29 sewage treatment plants.

Over the same period, tannery enterprises in the city also merged and reorganized into 109 enterprises.

According to Gao Lianmin, director of Xinji tannery Industrial Park Management Committee, in the process, Xinji set up the three level governance system in the domestic tanning industry, including primary management of enterprises, centralized management of tanning areas, and comprehensive treatment of urban sewage treatment plants.

According to the information provided by the Xinji Environmental Protection Bureau, the treatment section of the ecological wetland and river restoration project starts from the urban sewage treatment center of Xinji and the outlet of Jiajie sewage treatment plant in Xinji. In March 26th, the Xinji Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau specially organized an expert review meeting on ecological wetlands and river restoration.

Ma Huaijian, director of the Xinji Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, said that through the construction of wetland projects, the quality of external drainage of Xinji Jiajie sewage treatment plant and urban sewage treatment center can be significantly improved. The quality of the effluent from the ecological wetland is less than 6.5mg/L, and the remaining indicators conform to the water quality standards of the surface water environmental quality standard, so as to ensure the water quality of the trunk section of the shaocun drainage channel reaches the goal of water pollution prevention and control in Xinji.

"Our sludge incineration power generation project will start receiving sludge next month."

According to a leader in charge of Xinji, focusing on the reduction, recycling and harmless disposal of solid waste, the city's first sludge incineration power generation project has achieved rapid progress.

Sludge disposal in leather industry has always been a difficult problem in the industry.

Most of the current disposal methods are direct landfill after simple dewatering, which not only occupies a large number of farmland, but also can cause serious two pollution.

The sewage sludge incineration power generation project introduced by Xinji has developed an integrated technology of sewage and sludge innocuous treatment, which has solved the technical problems of dewatering, incineration, power generation, desulphurization and denitration, and removal of peculiar smell in the process of sludge treatment.

According to the introduction, the sludge produced by the sewage treatment plant can dehydrate in depth here, and then it can generate electricity after burning. The sludge after burning can be made into industrial culvert, brick and other products, and the heavy metals contained therein will be solidified.

As the upper reaches of the process, a sludge dewatering project has been put into operation in the urban sewage treatment center of Xinji. The project can reduce the water content of the sludge from 80% to half, and make the sludge generated in the city realize the Nissan Nissan.

According to the information provided by the environmental protection department of Xinji, two other sludge disposal projects will be built in the urban sewage treatment center and tannery area respectively. The former plan to invest 69 million 290 thousand yuan, and the daily water treatment rate will be 97% and 5000 tons of sludge.

The latter plans to invest more than 300 million yuan, mainly dealing with sludge in temporary storage area of tannery sludge.

Tian Yaoyun believes that the leather industry in Xinji should not only meet international standards in environmental protection and technological upgrading, but also break new paths in changing trade patterns and highlighting the creative design of products.

To this end, Xinji proposed in the "13th Five-Year plan" outline of the city to promote the pformation and upgrading of leather industry and leap forward development in accordance with the idea of highlighting creative design and leading consumption fashion, and making a new eco industrial cluster.
